Andile Ngcaba est le président exécutif d'inq. en mettant l'accent sur la fourniture d'un leadership de haut niveau à l'inq. dirigeants du groupe. Il est également actionnaire de contrôle et Président non exécutif de Convergence Partners.
Il a participé à des forums de prise de décision sur les TIC et a influencé la formation de divers forums et organisations africains chargés de façonner le secteur des TIC aux niveaux national, continental et mondial grâce à ses activités au sein de divers organismes, notamment l'UIT, l'ICANN et l'Union africaine.
Dans ses activités organisationnelles internationales, Andile a siégé au conseil d'administration et au groupe de haut niveau (en tant que président du secteur des affaires) responsable des résultats de la conférence multipartite de Netmundial sur la gouvernance de l'Internet, organisée par le gouvernement brésilien en avril 2014. Il siège également au conseil du Conseil consultatif national sur l'innovation (CCNI). L'Université métropolitaine Nelson Mandela l'a nommé professeur adjoint de l'Université, affilié à la faculté des sciences.
Adamou has held various leadership positions in the Telecom, Software and IT Industries with experiences spanning Digital Strategy and Innovation, Operations Management and Technology Sales across Africa.
He has enabled many organizations in West and Central Africa to drive and accelerate their digital transformation initiatives.
Adamou previously worked in several capacities with global companies, including Orange, Comviva , Oracle and Atos at strategic and operational levels.
With an engineer’s degree in Computer Science, he is also a Graduate of ESCP Business School and Harvard Business School.
Habib DIOP is responsible for developing and implementing the technical aspects of inq. 's strategy to ensure alignment with the business goals.
Habib has more than 20 years of experience in the telecom field. He has worked on the implementation of several ISPs with sub-regional ambitions while integrating value-added services into their infrastructure.
Habib holds a Master's Degree in Information systems and technologies management and a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Industrial Computing Science and maintenance.
As the Head of Sales and Marketing , Rachelle defines, articulates and implements the organization's strategy for selling products and services.
Rachelle is an experienced professional with over 15 years in IT, Telecoms and Energy covering sales and Product Development in West Africa.
Companies she has worked for included ABB Group and CFAO Technology.
Rachelle holds an Engineering degree in Telecommunications
